ARHAM basically aims at achieving the vision of Readabit.in in enhancing Reading Habit among the literates in society. 4000 college students and volunteers would be selected for Enhancing Awareness on Reading Habit from Tamilnadu based on their interest to allocate Minimum 3 hours every day for 24 days in a month, Reading Books, academic and aptitude performance and extracurricular activities, who will be able to spread the habit of reading through focus and intensity to achieve the minimum expected enrolment of members to readabit.in. Students will be provided with 3 months free training before selected as Intern. All the Interns will be supported with all the required skills and materials to develop his/her organizational ability, Communication, Self Confidence, Analytical, Cold Calling, Convincing, Social Media Marketing and Event Management skills. They will be assigned with certain roles and responsibilities which they have to complete which is going to impact the society positively.

In today’s fast changing world, programs that bridge the gap between what is taught in the college and what is sought by the industry are important. Readabit.in facilitates one such partnership through its ARHAM Internship program – where we partner with students to promote the king of habits Reading habit in everyones lives. The ARHAM Intern is a liaison between Readabit.in and the students of college or university and the nearby schools. The Interns work directly with Readabit.in to conduct activities using Social Media Marketing during the academic year, - introducing fellow students to Readabit.in’s products and features, and acting as campus contacts connecting Readabit.in with partnering institutions and associations such as Rotary Clubs, Lions International and Jaycees etc.,.
After a pre-defined series of 3 months free training, evaluations and interviews, 4000 RCA’s will be selected to enhance awareness of reading habit among students and public.

Readabit.in shall send all the promotional materials to the respective interns, but will not be liable for extra cost incurred by the Intern. The representation can be revoked at any time of the year if the Intern fails to perform reasonably well.
